FREE TRIAL SESSION AND SUBSCRIPTION FEE:
(a) Upon successful registration, you will unlock the benefit of one free session. (b) You are responsible for ensuring timely payment of the subscription fees. (c) Failure to make a payment by the due date may result in suspension or termination of access to the Application. (d) If a payment fails, the Company may attempt to process it again or require an updated payment method. Continued non-payment may lead to account cancellation. (e) The Company is not responsible for disruptions caused by missed payments.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
Talentberry and its content, including but not limited to software, designs, and trademarks,are owned by Skynetic Ventures LLP or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive,and non-transferable license to use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
You shall not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.
USER GENERATED CONTENT:
(a) Any content you submit to the Application must not infringe on third-party rights or contain illegal material. (b) By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute the content to operate and improve our Services
You represent that you own or have the right to share any content you upload. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
PRIVACY:

COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL LAWS:

(b) Users from India must also comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and associated regulations. Content that violates laws, including defamation, obscenity, or hate speech, is strictly prohibited.
B2B-SPECIFIC TERMS:
(a) Service Agreements: Businesses using Talentberry must enter into a separate Service Agreement specifying terms such as service scope, pricing, and duration. (b) Authorized Users: Companies may assign authorized users, for whom they are responsible. Unauthorized sharing of access is prohibited. (c) Custom Solutions: Custom-tailored solutions for enterprises may involve specific implementation terms outlined in a mutually agreed Service Agreement. (d) Data Protection: Businesses agree to comply with relevant data protection laws and ensure appropriate handling of employee and candidate data. (e) Payment and Invoicing: Payment terms for B2B clients will be specified in the Service Agreement. Late payments may incur penalties or service suspension. (f) Termination for Cause: Either party may terminate a B2B agreement if the other breaches a material term, subject to applicable notice requirements.
REFUND POLICY:
(a) Refunds, if eligible, will be processed through the original payment method. (b) Refund requests must be submitted within [X] days of subscription with valid proof of transaction.
