Refund & Cancellation Policy

INTRODUCTION:

At TalentBerry, we are committed to providing a high-quality, AI-powered interview preparation experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which users may request refunds for mock interview packages purchased from TalentBerry, a product of Skynetic Ventures LLP. This policy applies to both B2C (Business-to-Consumer) and B2B (Business-to-Business) transactions. By using our Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

SERVICE PURCHASE MODEL:

TalentBerry offers mock interviews as a one-time purchase service. Users can buy mock
interview packages (e.g., $9.99 for 3 mock interviews). In addition, all users are eligible to
receive one free mock interview per month.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

As TalentBerry operates on a one-time purchase model, cancellations are not applicable after a successful transaction.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY AND TERMS:

Refunds are available only under the following condition:
01. Product Failure: If the TalentBerry platform experiences technical failures that
prevent the delivery of the purchased mock interviews and the issue cannot be
resolved within 5 business days of being reported, users are eligible for a full refund.

NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES:

Refunds will NOT be issued under the following
conditions:
01. If the mock interviews are successfully conducted without technical failures.
02. For user dissatisfaction after successful delivery of mock interviews.
03. If the request is made due to a change of mind or accidental purchase.
04. For the free monthly mock interview.

REFUND REQUEST PROCESS:

To request a refund due to product failure, users must:
1. Submit a written request via email to team@talentberry.in.
2. Include the following information:
○ Full name
○ Email address associated with the TalentBerry account
○ Date of purchase
○ Number of mock interviews purchased and conducted
○ Detailed description of the technical failure
○ Order or transaction reference (if available)

REFUND PROCESSING TIMELINE:

Once a refund request is approved:
01. Payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
02. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
03. A confirmation email will be sent to the user's registered email address.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY:

TalentBerry reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website, with an updated revision
date. The user is deemed to have accepted these modifications if they continue to use our platform after the modifications are posted on the website.
